By using the NBetway website and mobile application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between NBetway and the user.

• One Account Only: Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, device, or IP address, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate details including your name, address, date of birth, and contact information. Providing false information gives us the right to close your account.
• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. NBetway is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account by a third party.

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal. You will need to submit a photo of your NID or passport along with a selfie. Once verified, you will not need to do this again.

There are a few fundamental rules that apply when placing bets on NBetway. These rules apply equally to all users.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered final until NBetway issues a confirmation after submission. Bets that have been accepted may subsequently be voided due to technical errors.

• It is best to place your bet before the match kicks off. Once a match has started, odds in live markets can change at any time.
• Placing opposing bets on both sides of the same match (arbitrage) will result in both bets being voided if detected.
• NBetway reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds — for example, odds that are abnormally higher than their true market value.

Payment methods at NBetway are straightforward and built with Bangladeshi users in mind. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are all supported.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Deposits are usually instant — any failed deposit is automatically refunded.
• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• Daily maximum ৳50,000 Withdrawals are permitted (higher limits apply for VIP members).

NBetway bonuses and promotions are designed to give users extra value — however, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be met.

Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the required wagering amount has been met after the bonus is claimed. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.

• Bonuses have a claim deadline — you generally need to claim an offer within 7 days of receiving it.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time — you cannot stack multiple bonuses simultaneously (with limited exceptions).
• The stake amount is deducted from free bet winnings, only the profit portion is added to your balance.
• NBetway reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Entertainment at NBetway means responsible entertainment. We believe that betting can be a fun and enjoyable experience when kept within healthy limits — but problems can arise when those limits are crossed.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly limits. Limits take effect immediately once set; to increase them, a 7-day waiting period applies.
• Betting Limits: You can also set a limit in advance on how much you want to bet within a specific time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily close your account for a chosen period — anywhere from 1 week to 5 years.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders about how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off: Need a 24-hour break? Temporarily deactivate your account with a single click.

NBetway may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Registration with false or fraudulent information
• Managing Multiple Accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent betting patterns
• Transactions made using another person's payment method
• Attempting to hack or technically manipulate the platform
• Threatening or harassing other users

If an account is closed, any verified balance will be returned after review. However, bonus-related funds may be forfeited.

NBetway provides its services on an "as is" basis. NBetway's maximum liability for losses arising from technical errors, server issues, or third-party causes shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the affected user.

The User Is Solely Responsible: For the security of your own account, for your own betting decisions, and for compliance with applicable local laws.

NBetway does not guarantee the outcome of any match or sporting event. Betting is inherently risky — only bet if you are prepared to accept potential financial loss.

NBetway may update these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

• Minor changes (language corrections, spelling fixes) may be made without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
